How long do they last?

Will they damage my shirts?
No. The adhesive is specially formulated to be gentle on fabrics. Simply peel off at the end of the day and dispose.
Are they suitable for all shirt types?
Sweat Tee's work best on cotton, cotton-blend, and dress shirt fabrics. They may not adhere as well to very slippery synthetic materials like 100% polyester.
How do I apply them?
Turn your shirt inside out, peel the backing off the pad, and press firmly against the underarm area of the shirt. Turn your shirt right-side out and you're good to go!
